At the same time, a notable issue is the lack of a widespread practice within the profession to discuss the future. This is a significant problem, as most electrical engineers do not have a clear understanding of the direction of the development of electric machines and Electromechanics. This can lead to an inability to meet the real challenges of the radically changing modern world and contribute to the necessary changes. As a result, motivation may decrease, frustration with the profession may set in, and some may even consider leaving the field altogether.
