“Quality is the customer’s satisfaction.” A satisfied customer is therefore only the one to whom a quality product is delivered, i.e. a product that has satisfactory characteristics required by the customer. In order to meet these requirements, we must be sure that we have an appropriate measuring system that will be able to consistently, accurately and accurately distinguish parts during the product manufacturing process.This paper describes the procedures for assessing the quality of measuring systems, as well as experimental research on the assessment of the measuring device’s capabilities, in order to determine the accuracy, precision, reproducibility and repeatability of the measuring device.
