Verifiable Credentials Framework and Certificate Visualization Associated with Blockchain Accounts

At present, physical media such as paper, which are commonly utilized as certificates, are unable to accurately verify the authenticity of the contents of certificates. This deficiency presents a significant challenge in the prevention of identity fraud and other forms of fraudulent activity. Verifiable credentials are digitally signed certificates that can be verified online, and the origin and date of issuance of the certificate (Claim) can be accurately verified. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to have in place a verifiable registry or account that is capable of managing personal information. This study employs the use of decentralized IDs, designated as Universal Profiles (ERC725 LUKSO), which facilitate the administration of Verifiable Credentials on a blockchain account. This serves as a framework that enables third-party verification and the administration of claims associated with personal accounts. We propose a framework that enables third-party verification and the administration of claims on individual accounts, in addition to a mechanism for the visualization of credentials. Furthermore, we propose a framework for the subsequent utilization of Verifiable Credentials.
