This communication extends and deepens our article presented at the ERECO PGV conference in Porto in 2021. The object of our study consists of changes in human resources management during and after the pandemic crisis. The problem is addressed on the one hand from the point of view of the changes made in management itself and on the other hand, from the perspective of the difficulties that companies have had in switching to digital mode of operation and remote working. The analysis in question is based on our own survey of companies in the two European countries, as well as other existing and available surveys on this subject. Apart from the level of digital capabilities of employees which are of primary interest to us, and which have been linked to threats of a digital divide, we also examine the impact that remote work can have on employee performance and consequently, on those of companies. The content of the last part of our communication is devoted to the lessons that companies have learned from the pandemic crisis in terms of human resources management, based on the challenges that these represent in the current disrupted and uncertain context.

摘要
