Threatcasting to Storycasting—As Shown by Example
摘要
The Threatcasting process produces ample qualitative data. Primarily, a comprehensive academic report is produced after the analysis of the data is complete, themes are developed, and deeper implications and recovery from the threat are proposed. Immediately after the Threatcasting event participants often retain a copy of the workbooks—digital or paper—used in a workshop. They could or even should, if asked, present highlights or general themes to their leadership. Also, people who read the summary documents from a Threatcasting effort should present the relevant findings to decision makers in their organization, emphasizing the potential implications. What I envision is a better way to present this information to leadership and decision makers. And in turn, a better way for leadership to understand what decisions can be made about those threats and mitigations.
