Innovative Grading and Critical Feedback Processes
摘要
The grading and feedback processes utilized in social work education should authentically align with social work values and the methods needed to be successful in the profession. Alternative grading and ungrading have emerged in response to these negative experiences with growing support in a number of academic disciplines. This chapter provides descriptions and examples of some of those methods.
