This chapter offers two assignments for play therapy. The first is a tri-fold brochure designed to help parents understand play therapy. This assignment demonstrates students’ understanding of course content via their ability to translate it into language that is useful for parents. The second assignment has students create a traveling kit of play materials, which can be completed physically or virtually, and requires students to include versatile items for therapeutic use while maintaining a small budget allowance consistent with the realities of practice in settings with resource constraints.
