Advancements in machine learning (ML) provide revolutionary solutions for rapid, accurate, and economical clinical predictions. To meet the demand for accessible and prompt medical guidance, we present MedAssist, an advanced system that analyses user-reported symptoms to forecast diseases and suggest treatments with a remarkable accuracy of 99.9%. MedAssist is developed via a distinctive amalgamation of five varied datasets obtained from Kaggle, incorporating insights on diseases, symptoms, drugs, precautions, and food advice. This thorough method guarantees customised and dependable recommendations suited to personal requirements. MedAssist serves as a transformative instrument for enhancing healthcare accessibility by connecting citizens with medical expertise, especially in emergency and routine care situations.
