Proposal Checklist for Neonatal Aeromedical Transportation – Medical Electrical Equipment Issues
摘要
Neonatal aeromedical transportation is crucial for emergently transporting critically ill patients and requires specific challenges, skilled personnel, and specialized equipment. This work aims to develop a proposal checklist-based for neonatal aeromedical transportation, and we focus this preliminary report related to the electromedical equipment issues. Eighty individuals were enrolled and summarized some data related to the analysis of the medical electrical equipment context in neonatal air transport. Some proposed equipment, items, and procedures were structured (e.g. neonatal intensive care unit, ventilator, power cables and accessories, and others) through the participant checklist analysis, and a discussion of the importance and critical aspects that standardize the use and control of the medical electrical equipment in neonatal aeromedical transportation.
