Implementing projects during wartime and post-war recovery in Ukraine has unique challenges that significantly impact planning, execution, and monitoring. These challenges include security concerns, supply chain disruptions, limited resource access, and workforce issues due to mobilization and migration. The need for innovative solutions to mitigate risks and enhance project management becomes crucial during these periods. This study explores the potential of blockchain technology as a tool for improving project monitoring and management in such challenging environments. Blockchain’s unique features, including transparency, data immutability, decentralized management, and enhanced security, offer significant advantages for project implementation. The study discusses how blockchain can improve transparency and accountability, automate processes through smart contracts, and provide a secure and reliable system for project monitoring. By examining real-world use cases, this study provides insights into how blockchain technology can support successful project implementation during wartime and post-war recovery, contributing to efficiency, reliability, and stakeholder trust.
