Cervicogenic Vertigo
摘要
The phrase “cervicogenic vertigo” (CV) refers to the idea that neck problems can disturb a person’s equilibrium. This idea is controversial, in part because there is not yet any definitive diagnostic test for it. Nevertheless, your doctor may suspect a diagnosis of CV if you have neck pain and disequilibrium, and there is no evidence for a more convincing diagnosis on tests of inner ear function. The best studied treatment modality is manual physical therapy for the neck.
