Lupus
摘要
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), sometimes referred to as simply “lupus,” is an autoimmune disease of unknown etiology. SLE can affect any organ system. Occasionally, it can cause hearing loss, tinnitus, ear fullness, or disequilibrium. In a patient already diagnosed with lupus who complains of auditory and/or vestibular symptoms, it is medically reasonable to screen for other more common causes of these symptoms.
