Using clustering algorithm widely applied in different areas of real life problems. In medicine a dentist’s opinion, knowledge, symptom of disease are evaluated by subjectivity. Dentist knowledge or medical information is as a rule based on perception. Today for representation perception based information fuzzy logic is effective tool. Usage of fuzzy clustering method and application reproves it. But real world data characterized by partial reliability and it impacts to the result of solved problem. However fuzzy logic can’t represent reliability of perception based information. Firstly, Aliev and colleagues suggested Z-number based clustering method. It takes both advantage fuzzy logic and probability theory. Z- number based clustering method can find Z-number based cluster. The main fields that inaccurateness of information applied are medicine, industry, decision making problems in numerous fields. Depending on the symptoms of illness we define the stage of the disease by using perception based information in Z-number based clustering. The aim of this paper is application of Z-number clustering in dental disease. Pros of method is ability to use probabilistic fuzzy uncertainties.
