Nephropathy Due to Influenza A (H1N1) Infection
摘要
This viral infection is associated with significant morbidity and mortality, mainly in children and the elderly, especially if there are preexisting factors, such as chronic lung disease, diabetes, and obesity. The main manifestation is pneumonia and eventually multi-organ damage. Kidney complications are frequently associated with this virus, such as acute kidney injury with acute tubular necrosis due to vasoconstriction and hypoperfusion, with rhabdomyolysis and hemolysis.
