Dealing with Disciplinary Problems
摘要
Despite all the good intentions to invoke healthy communication and avoid discipline problems, such problems do often occur. Below are some methods for handling discipline issues, including identifying and characterizing disruptive students, practical intervention strategies, classroom management techniques, and approaches to dealing with defiant students. It introduces insights from researchers like William Glasser, highlighting the development of learning habits and responses to real-life classroom situations. Furthermore, the chapter tackles a critical challenge in the education system: preventing violence. It also includes examples of successful school principals who have managed to empower and uplift their students.
