Death and Grieving with Positive Psychotherapy
摘要
This chapter focuses on death, dying, and our attitudes toward them. In today’s world, with its many calamities—wars, earthquakes, dangerous diseases, and more—death is an experience that transcends all cultures. Effectively addressing this theme can greatly assist us in our therapeutic work. This chapter attempts to use holistic and positive psychotherapeutic methods to explore all aspects of death, coping with death, and grief, while also approaching bereavement from a transcultural perspective.
