Positive Psychotherapy in Organizational and Leadership Coaching
摘要
In this chapter, the concepts and structure of positive psychotherapy (PPT after Peseschkian) are applied to organizations, leadership development, and executive coaching. For the first stage of PPT—observation—we developed the OPTIC approach: organizational positive therapy and integral coaching. At the second PPT stage—taking inventory—we use a system of positive organizational therapy (SPOT). At the third stage, encouragement, we use the “H”-oriented triangle (HOT). For verbalization, the fourth stage of PPT, the training relations attitude consultation keys (TRACKS) model is proposed. Finally, for the broadening of goals, the fifth stage of PPT, for organizations and leaders, one can apply the waves of organizational relational leadership development (WORLD). In this chapter, these tools are briefly explained, along with a summary of their historical development and relationship to coaching and psychotherapy in a corporate environment.
