摘要
The rise of Industry 4.0, marked by the implementation of technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and robotics, is transforming industrial operations and reshaping the skills required in the workforce. As businesses integrate these advancements, the focus on effective talent management becomes vital. Organizations must now prioritize the identification, development, and retention of employees proficient in these new technologies. However, current re- search in this field is often fragmented, concentrating on individual skills or specific areas without offering a holistic understanding of how these capabilities fit into larger organizational strategies. This paper addresses this gap by conducting a bibliometric analysis of the literature related to talent management within Industry 4.0, aiming to pinpoint the key competencies and trends. Through this analysis, the study provides valuable insights into evolving talent management practices, offering practical guidance for businesses to adapt and foster a work-force capable of thriving in a rapidly changing technological landscape.
