General Conclusions
摘要
While each chapter of the book contains its own concluding section, this final chapter presents the general conclusions of the book. It gathers the main findings of each chapter and offers some final general considerations on important cross-cutting matters. In particular, it highlights the interplay between hard and soft law, the role of a diverse range of actors, and the normative and institutional fragmentation characterising the creation and application of international law on climate change adaptation and DRR. The chapter also discusses the main functions and limitations of human rights law in addressing the challenges posed by climate change-related disaster risk.
