Resilience in manufacturing strategy has acquired great relevance in the last decade, projecting organisations to face a context marked by constant disturbances (natural disasters, recessions, pandemics, regional instability, among others). The main objective of this paper is to establish, through a systematic literature review, a framework of reference on factors, enablers and strategies that determine resilience in manufacturing strategy. For this purpose, the SCOPUS bibliographic index was used, with a curation of the records and a quality analysis, to finally obtain 52 documents published between 2010 and 2024. The main findings indicate that resilience involves not only the ability to recover from a crisis, but also the ability to anticipate, cope and adapt proactively. Factors such as operational flexibility, technological innovation and connectivity in supply chains emerge as key determinants. Enablers such as effective leadership and the use of advanced analytical tools are also fundamental to strengthening organizational resilience. In conclusion, this study provides a general framework that combines both tactical and strategic elements, positioning resilient manufacturing strategy as a key pillar in the competitiveness and sustainability of companies. The findings of this study not only synthesise existing knowledge but also identify critical research gaps and propose actionable recommendations for both academia and industry practitioners.
