Hydrocarbon waste of production and consumption of commodity petroleum goods are considered a valuable feedstock for plastic lubricants of various functional purposes. It is proposed to recycle used lubricate oil (SAE10W-40, SAE15W-40 SAE75W-140) or high-boiling (boiling temperature above 380 ℃) fractions of oil sludge instead of base oil. As thickeners for such oils there can be used grinded used polymer products (HDLE, LDPE, PP, PS) in the amount of 5–8%, and the filler – used car tires (UCT) in the amount of up to 10%. Production of lubricants from such components is based on their thermal compounding (temperature 130–170 ℃ at the speed of rotation of the mechanical stirring device of 500–1000 rpm) with subsequent homogenization of the obtained mixture by extrusion (pressing through holes 30–50 microns in size). Alternatively, we can provide a technology of producing single-component lubricants by thermal destruction of secondary polymer raw materials in a reactor at a temperature of up to 400 ℃ and a pressure of 0.11–0.12 MPA. The first technology provides obtaining lubricants that are technically analogues of EFELE MG-211, Weicon AL-W, Molykote Multilub, Retinax C, UNEDO 2,3, (Phodine Rl.2) (SHELL), Mobilgrease AA2,3 (Mobil Oil Corp.), Estan 2 (Exxon Co.), Energrease G2, CP2 (British Petroleum Co.), Alvania RL2; Aeroshell Grease 7; Multiplex Red 2. The second technology provides obtaining technical analogues of the oil NYCO 65 VASELINE (TECHNICAL PETROLATUM (GREASE)).
