In this chapter we feature the voices of women of color activists involved in the Unity IV movement that sought to address the campus racial climate, and work toward decolonizing a private university in California (USA). As research team members in the Sociopolitical Citizenship Participatory Action Research (SC-PAR) collective, and in solidarity with Unity IV, we engaged testimonio, a methodology prioritizing marginalized people’s voices, as a decolonial feminist process to reflect with women of color activists about their experiences. Guided by eighteen activists’ stories including our own, we define relational solidarity as relationships of mutuality and collective accountability among activists and allies. We purport that relational solidarity can foster activists’ sociopolitical action and well-being in movements for education equity. We end with a discussion on supporting activists in their efforts to decolonize the university.
