Planning, cost and time control are part of overall construction project management. In addition to quality assessment, the presentation of a project can also be assessed in terms of cost and time. Possible deviations from the plan in the aspects of cost and time used for a construction work should be measured on an ongoing basis. Significant cost and time deviations indicate poor project management. As for the Performance Analysis of Time and Cost with the Earned Value Analysis Method on the Construction of Madrasah Darussalam Samarinda, this uses the Earned Value Analysis Method with data collection in the field on the Madrasah Darussalam Samarinda Building Construction Project. In this study, Performance Analysis of Time and Cost with Earned Value Analysis Method on the Construction of Madrasah Darussalam Samarinda Building, the SPI value is 0.853 while the CPI is 1.006 which means that the project is delayed in terms of schedule but incurs less actual costs from the work that has been carried out. For the ETC value of Rp. 13,380,535,283 and the EAC value of Rp. 30,483,085,771 while the ECD value is 294 days for the project completion time, it is recommended that related parties control performance progress in the following weeks and find solutions so that the project is completed on time with the remaining costs.
