CloudMedX: Cloud-Based Glioma Detection Using Deep Learning

CloudMedX is a cloud-based platform designed to provide rapid and accurate detection of gliomas, a common type of brain tumor, using artificial intelligence. The system leverages a pretrained DenseNet121 deep learning model, fine-tuned to classify MRI images as either showing a glioma or being tumor-free. Built with Streamlit, the platform offers a user-friendly web interface where users can upload MRI images and receive real-time predictions. Advanced data preprocessing and augmentation techniques are applied to ensure robustness and enhance model performance. The model is deployed in the cloud, enabling seamless access and scalability, so healthcare professionals can use it from anywhere with an Internet connection. To ensure global accessibility, the app is hosted via Streamlit cloud and exposed through Ngrok for public access. CloudMedX provides an efficient, reliable, and modern solution for early glioma detection, empowering healthcare professionals with timely and accurate diagnostic support to improve patient outcomes.
