Research Status and Applications of AIGC in E-Commerce: Bibliometric Analysis and Knowledge Graph
摘要
Artificial intelligence-generated content (AIGC) has been widely used in e-commerce and is expected to promote e-commerce activities. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in related studies, with distinct research focus, levels, and perspectives. Therefore, it is necessary to systematically summarize and sort them out, and construct a relatively comprehensive knowledge graph to provide insights for subsequent research. In this article, through the visualization analysis of CiteSpace, the literature related to AIGC in e-commerce from Web of Science (WOS) and CNKI is analyzed as the research sample. Firstly, the current status of research is analyzed in terms of the number of publications in each country and global distributions. Secondly, through keyword co-occurrence analysis, keyword cluster analysis, and keyword burst analysis, we explore the specific applications of AIGC in e-commerce that scholars are currently concerned about, analyze the impact of AIGC on e-commerce and unveil the challenges faced by AIGC when it is applied to e-commerce. Finally, to facilitate the better integration of AIGC and e-commerce, we constructed a knowledge graph for AIGC in e-commerce and proposed three potential research directions for the future.
