In this study, 482 articles published between 2015 and 2024 were selected from the Web of Science (WoS) Core Data Collection, focusing on topics such as “AI E-commerce” and “Artificial Intelligent E-commerce”. Bibliometric analysis was conducted using CiteSpace 6.2.4 visualization software. The findings indicate a steady growth in publications on AI e-commerce since 2015, with the research primarily spanning fields like computer science, business management, marketing, and industrial engineering, highlighting its interdisciplinary nature. Collaborative efforts among researchers are increasingly evident, with major research trends centered around big data, machine learning, natural language processing, and design.
