Thangka, also referred to as Tangka, With the continuous advancement of museum digital transformation, providing high-quality digital interactive experiences within limited resources and spatial constraints has emerged as a primary challenge for celebrity former residence museums. In response, this study proposes and validates a hybrid Kano-AHP-TRIZ model by integrating the Kano model, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and TRIZ innovation principles. Focusing on the Qi Baishi Former Residence Museum as a case study, the research first employs the Kano model to identify and categorize user requirements, followed by the application of AHP to prioritize these key demands. Subsequently, TRIZ is utilized to address the technical and functional conflicts in the design process, and the optimized solution is comprehensively evaluated through TOPSIS. The findings demonstrate that this hybrid model precisely identifies and effectively resolves core contradictions in digital interface design, leading to significant improvements in interaction efficiency, visual presentation, and cultural integration for museum websites. This not only enhances the user experience for younger audiences and art enthusiasts but also provides systematic methodological guidance for museums seeking digital upgrades. While the present study offers valuable insights into the digital development of the Qi Baishi Former Residence Museum and delivers a feasible paradigm for achieving user-centered interface innovation in other celebrity former residence museums, it is limited to a single case. Future work should extend the model’s application scope to various contexts and further refine the TRIZ methodology, thereby continuously promoting greater depth and breadth in the digital transformation of celebrity former residence museums.
