Enterprises today have access to more data than ever before, but many are overloaded and unable to fully comprehend it, let alone use it to guide important choices. This paper explores the transformative role of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) in unifying workflows and drive alignment across the enterprise workflow. The proposed three-tier methodology provides Agentic AI techniques as a systematic way to gradually shift from static automation to adaptive, context-aware decision-making, to expedite processes, and prioritize results above protocols.
