Currently, chatbots and conversational assistants are becoming more present in our daily lives. Therefore, it is crucial that everyone, regardless of their abilities, can use them without difficulty. The main objective of this work is to analyze five chatbots used by Spanish municipalities, that operate on mobile devices, to determine whether they meet international accessibility standards for people with visual disabilities. The results indicate that, despite technological advances and the growing adoption of digital tools in Public Administration, the chatbots of Spanish city councils still exhibit significant deficiencies in terms of accessibility.
