Today, the modern agribusiness sector is undergoing an increase in informatization and automation of production processes. This allows to significantly reduce the volume of manual labor along with the increase of work efficiency. The growth of information flows and number of threats as well as attacks on the agribusiness sector resources can be considered as the aftereffect of agriculture informatization. The purpose of this study is to meet the need of protecting information and to provide the access to information resources at agricultural enterprises. Since such management implies user’s authentication and identification, we proposed to consider security issues using a digital umbrella. We suggested to use various comprehensive security measures, including biometric personal characteristics, as well as encryption of information applying the cell matrix algebra. Based on the study results and along with the usage of comparative analysis method, it is proposed to take advantage of a digital security umbrella with the possibility of its practical implementation, including the creation of a software platform.
