Realization of Genetic Resources of Hybrid Goslings Using Biologically Active Substances
摘要
The purpose of the research was to find ways to increase the production of high-quality products based on the use of the gene pool of the Kuban and Kholmogorsky goose breeds and their hybrids. For the first time a comprehensive evaluation of economically useful traits of pure-bred geese of the Kuban and Kholmogorsky breeds, as well as hybrid goslings, was carried out in the conditions of a goose breeding farm. As a result of the conducted researches the effect of heterosis in the use of these goose breeds was calculated. The processing of the digital material obtained during the experiments was carried out on the basis of statistical and mathematical methods of analysis. The results of the scientific research were implemented in the Bashkir Bird LLC of the Blagovarsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia. We have found that the inclusion of the biostimulant Nucleostim in the composition of the feed of the parent flock of geese has a positive effect on egg production. Higher absolute weight gains during the growth period were observed in hybrid goslings of the 4th experimental group, in which the biostimulant Nucleostim was used at a dose of 3.0 g/kg of feed. The real effect of heterosis in terms of safety and live weight was observed in the crossbreeding of Kuban gander and Kholmogorskaya gray goose. Crossing Kuban and Kholmogorskaya goose breeds increases the viability and growth rate of goslings raised for meat, and ultimately increases the profitability of meat production by 8.6–14.7%.
