Reducing Energy Costs in Sprinkler Machine Operation
摘要
Wide-capacity sprinkler machines (SM) are the most popular for irrigation of areas. SM “Kuban-LK1” operating in a circle occupies more than 15% of the park of such equipment in the Russian Federation. The operation of this equipment in various operating conditions is characterized by complex soil-relief parameters due to high humidity, as well as the movement of the running systems along one trajectory (track). The optimization of the parameters in the running systems of SM “Kuban-LK1” type is based on the optimization of the “irrigation surface-sprinkler machine” system, which determines the rutting indicators under the running systems of the machine, characterized by the profile height and tread types. The article studies the influence of the soil extrusion rate and the height of the lugs (depending on the wear) in the pneumatic tires of the DM carts on the noted characteristics. The data of analytical studies allows to judge the practical applicability of tires with different profile heights in different operating conditions. At the same time, energy costs for SM movement should be reduced by pneumatic wheels with a “stick” type protector instead of the standard “herringbone” type protector, and a lug height exceeding the irrigation norm.
