This research addresses the growing challenge of maintaining focus and minimizing distractions in the context of time management, particularly among students. With the increasing prevalence of entertainment-related distractions, especially in academic settings, it is essential to explore methods that encourage greater attention and productivity. In this study, we implemented a time management method aimed at increasing attention span and reducing entertainment-related distractions. The method was tested over 672 sessions involving 12 students, where we tracked the duration of work and entertainment activities, as well as the Work-to-Entertainment Ratio. Our results indicate a significant improvement in focus, with students allocating more time to work and less to entertainment. The Work-to-Entertainment Ratio steadily increased, reflecting a stronger focus on productive tasks, while the frequency of entertainment decreased, signaling fewer distractions. These findings suggest that our time management method effectively enhanced students’ attention and productivity across the sessions conducted.
