Large-screen visualization interface can intuitively present the key data of the system, and it is convenient for more than one person to view the information at the same time, so as to realize the real-time monitoring of massive information and decision-making support. The large screen interface is characterized by large size, long width, large amount of information, decentralized information distribution, and long viewing distance, etc. More important information should be positioned in areas that attract higher perceptual priority. However, with the increase of screen size and information content, it is difficult for users to overview all the interfaces at the same time, and there is a lack of clear design strategies for organizing information according to different levels of importance. This study explores the perceived priority of display positions in the information layout for large screen interfaces in Priority to optimize the information layout. In this study, we employed a 6 (horizontal position) × 4 (vertical position) within-subjects design using a typical large screen size of 7260 mm × 2040 mm. The screen was divided into 24 regions, and participants were asked to search for the target in different positions. The results indicated that the placement of information on the large screen interface significantly influenced reaction time. Information on the left side yielded faster responses than that on the right, the top was quicker than the bottom, and areas near the center of the screen resulted in shorter reaction times.
