The phenomenon of ‘involution’ has become more pronounced in modern society, particularly affecting college students. Due to the pressures of academics, life, and social expectations, many students develop a sense of learned helplessness within group dynamics. Research shows that Buddhist Zen culture offers positive concepts that can help improve individuals’ psychological well-being. Building on this, a virtual museum was designed to integrate Zen culture and provide an immersive healing experience. By studying group behavior and psychology, along with incorporating specific Zen practices into the museum's interactive elements, the project developed a unique healing experience. This experience simulates a person's journey to enlightenment, guiding visitors through a path that reflects their individual existence and encourages self-understanding. The ultimate goal is to achieve psychological healing by helping individuals recognize their value.
