This study explores the application of AI-powered smart customer service robots in tourism factories, analyzing their impact on customer service experience from a service design perspective. The findings highlight that the AI robots significantly enhance customer interaction and satisfaction through intuitive user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design. The smart tour guide robots feature multilingual real-time translation, autonomous navigation, and voice Q&A services, offering personalized and interactive experiences that effectively address language barriers and improve operational efficiency. Additionally, the system's data analysis module helps collect customer behavior data for service flow optimization. The results demonstrate that the implementation of the AI customer service system led to notable increases in customer engagement and revenue, positively impacting the operational performance of the tourism factory. Future research should further explore the integration of AI technologies in the tourism sector and leverage data-driven insights for continuous service improvement to enhance customer service quality.
