Health monitoring technologies are expected to be widely applied not only in personal health management but also in corporate health management, student health monitoring in educational settings, and customer data-driven marketing in the retail sector. However, previous research has primarily focused on the accuracy and convenience of measurement technologies, while comprehensive and in-depth analyses of stakeholders’ specific needs and Quality-in-use aspects remain largely insufficient. While existing studies have considered stakeholder perspectives as a responsibility of technology providers, a broader stakeholder analysis requires the application of internationally standardized models designed for broader stakeholder applicability. This study focuses on health condition estimation technologies using facial videos, systematically organizes stakeholders’ needs, analyzes the characteristics of Quality-in-use, and evaluates the validity of application scenarios in terms of effectiveness and feasibility. The findings demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of these technologies in various domains, including corporate health management, educational settings, and customer service. Furthermore, this study presents concrete use cases and highlights the practical benefits of health monitoring technologies.
