In this study, orange-red-emitting ZnS/ZnO: Eu3+ (ZSO: Eu3+) phosphors were successfully synthesized using a facile solid-state reaction method. Analysis via X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, and Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS) indicated stable phase formation and high purity of the obtained powders when annealed at 600–1200 °C. The PL spectra exhibited a notable green emission band at 515–517 nm linked to the ZSO phase, along with a distinct orange-red emission band spanning 580–700 nm attributed to Eu3+ dopant emission. The highest PL intensity was obtained at the annealing temperature of 1000 °C.

摘要
