This study explores the intersection of Digital Humanities, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Augmented Reality (AR) in the preservation and reinterpretation of Indigenous Brazilian cultures. Focusing on the Xerente people, the research examines how digital tools can document, reframe, and make intangible cultural heritage accessible to broader audiences while respecting ethical and decolonial perspectives. The key theoretical framework in this study is the concept of Hori, a philosophical and aesthetic approach rooted in Indigenous knowledge systems. By integrating Hori with digital methodologies, the project developed interactive digital archives and immersive experiences that connect traditional narratives with contemporary technological aesthetics. The findings highlight the role of AI and AR in fostering cultural autonomy, intergenerational knowledge transmission, and global engagement with Indigenous epistemologies. This study contributes to discussions on intercultural design and the ethical implications of digital interventions in heritage preservation.
