VR Perceptible Design of “A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains”
摘要
Traditional culture is like the rich resources deep within the earth, powerful and waiting for people to protect and develop. How can traditional culture be revitalized and put to use today? This article presents a VR design based on the Chinese Song Dynasty landscape painting “A Panorama of Rivers and Mountains”. On the basis of thorough research, by exploring the meeting points between the realm of “roaming in the arts” in Chinese landscape paintings and the embodied experience created by virtual reality technology, the classic elements in the original landscape painting are refined to form an immersive virtual reality product. The aim is to explore the virtual reality expression and interactive design methods of cultural heritage, and attempt to provide ideas and case references for the current digital transformation of world cultural heritage and relevant practices in interactive design.
