This paper investigates the ethical issues of artificial intelligence in healthcare including prejudice and fairness, privacy issues, lack of transparency, responsibility, and the complexity of informed permission. Emphasizing healthcare accessibility, equity, workforce consequences, public trust, and the changing doctor-patient interaction, it also looks at the social impact. By means of a thorough assessment of the literature and case study analysis, this study reveals important ethical conundrums and society repercussions of artificial intelligence application in medical environments.
