In this chapter, we study two classical problems of complex function theory: prescribing the zeros of a holomorphic function and prescribing the principal parts of a meromorphic function. We first study these problems for functions in the complex plane, proving the theorems of Mittag-Leffler and Weierstrass in this setting in Sections 5.1 and 5.2.

摘要

In this chapter, we study two classical problems of complex function theory: prescribing the zeros of a holomorphic function and prescribing the principal parts of a meromorphic function.
