This chapter generalizes the face algorithm to solve the variable-bounded problem. We present the optimality condition, an update of the face solution, the pivoting operation, and the generalized face algorithm in tableau and revised forms. We also offer a practicable variant of it and make remarks on the face vs. the simplex method.

摘要
