Investigation into User Experience Design for Efficiency Optimization in University Students' Schedule Management Applications
摘要
In the era of information fragmentation, college students are facing multiple pressures such as studies and internships, and effective schedule management is crucial. It is difficult to satisfy the needs of a single software, and college students often use a combination of multiple software. In this study, we analyzed software, interviews, and literature to identify 21 user requirements, prioritize functions with the help of the KANO model, and propose a design strategy to develop Focus Time, an “integrated” scheduling software, and validate its effectiveness. It is found that the integrated software with multi-end synchronization can improve college students' scheduling efficiency, task completion rate and satisfaction, and the introduction of AIGC function can intelligently generate task suggestions and optimize schedules, reduce cognitive load and improve decision-making efficiency. The results of this study provide a reference for college students to choose schedule management tools and optimize the user experience design of the tools, and promote the development of schedule management software to be smarter and more efficient.
