Humanitarian Engineering is the kind of applications development that is not searching for single solutions, especially when the I4.0 to I5.0 transition is in discussion, leading from customized solutions to a personal approach and the balance between. Collaborative robots, known as Cobots, are revolutionizing the industrial landscape, healthcare and services thanks to their ability to work side by side with humans. This article explores some aspects of Cobots adoption that can influence working resources flows.
