Research on User Experience Design of Internet Healthcare and Intelligent Triage Systems
摘要
Purpose. To explore the interface design of intelligent triage systems from the perspective of user cognitive behavior, optimizing page layout and interaction to enhance user satisfaction. Method. A thorough investigation of existing triage systems both domestically and internationally was conducted to identify pain points in current products; questionnaires and statistical methods were used to present user needs and analyze user experience metrics. The interface design elements were distilled from three aspects: page browsing interaction, page functionality, and doctor interaction, aiming to improve the app’s usability and fluency. Conclusion. This study proposes design strategies for the interface of intelligent triage systems from three aspects: “user-friendly” page browsing, “rational” functionality layout, and “diverse” doctor interaction, to further enhance the user experience of the system and provide references for related design practices.
