The article analyzes the normative-legal base and judicial practice in the sphere of peculiarities of state registration of immovable property of a peasant (farm) farm through the prism of property relations of members of the same family. Problematic issues of inheritance of immovable property of testators—members of the peasant (farm) farm are characterized. Proposals for amendments to the current legal regulation are formulated.
