The authors explore the potential of creating a unified digital agro-industrial complex (UDAC) as a strategic tool for achieving the goals of agrarian development in the Russian Federation. The study analyzes the current problems of the Russian agro-industry associated with inefficient management, insufficient use of modern technologies and low labor productivity. The purpose of this study is to identify current trends in legal regulation and analyze the development of legislation that directly or indirectly regulates the use of a unified digital agro-industrial complex in agricultural structures. The aim of the study was the need to demonstrate how the creation and development of the Single Digital agro-industrial complex, which unites all links of agricultural production, from growing and harvesting to processing and marketing of products, can solve these problems.
