Modern businesses, in particular family businesses, are often faced with an ever-increasing volume of legal issues and tasks. In the context of digital transformation and accelerating technological changes, LegalTech is becoming the main tool for automating legal processes and improving the efficiency of family business management. The study analyzes trends in the development of LegalTech in Russia, identifies the importance of automation for family companies and establishes the prospects for its further use. The authors identify the problems of LegalTech implementation at family business enterprises and point out the ways to solve them. The purpose of this study is to identify current trends in judicial practice and analyze the development of legislation concerning the use of LegalTech in family business enterprises. The study analyzes the prospects of using LegalTech in family businesses, systematizes the possibilities of mechanisms and tools for using technology to improve legal processes and considers the specifics of using LegalTech. The researchers identified the importance of automated processes for family businesses and stated further prospects for the development of this area. The problems of implementing LegalTech at family business enterprises are revealed and ways of solving these problems are proposed.
