The article analyzes the impact of digital legal culture of citizens, LegalTech, Legal AI on remote investment in promising areas of the economy. The article assesses the risks of digital remote investment, including the lack of proper level of digital culture of transaction participants, phishing, spread of fake information. The authors, recognizing the evolutionary nature of social development and the inevitability of digitalization, currently emphasize that there is no single holistic approach that can be used to ensure an optimal transition to digital citizenship, digital competence of the citizen, modeling the legal culture of the digital citizen. It is noted that in order to protect the interests of market participants, it is necessary to improve and develop the legal culture of citizens, LegalTech, Legal AI, blockchain technologies and legal regulation.
